Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digineanv-School is an enterprise cloud SaaS school ERP software platform provided on a periodic subscription model (Monthly / Quarterly / Annually).

• No Pro-Rata Refunds: No partial or pro-rated refunds will be granted for unused periods, mid-term subscription cancellations, early termination, or plan downgrades.
• Immediate Provisioning: Because digital software access, cloud database infrastructure, and server capacity are instantly allocated upon payment confirmation, all payments are final.
• Free Trial & Demonstrations: Prospective educational institutions are provided interactive demonstrations and feature walkthroughs prior to onboarding to evaluate suitability before making any financial commitment.

Educational institutions retain full autonomy over their ongoing service commitments:

• How to Cancel: Institutional administrators may choose not to renew their subscription at the conclusion of their active billing cycle by submitting an official cancellation request via our In-App Ticket Support or by writing to info@utkranti.co.in at least 7 days prior to the next billing renewal date.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, the school workspace will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. After expiry, access to the administrative dashboard will be suspended in accordance with standard data retention policies.

When parents or guardians pay school fees, transport charges, or examination fees online via the Digineanv-School payment gateway integration:

• Direct Settlement: All student fee payments are processed directly into the respective educational institution's linked merchant bank account.
• School-Specific Policies: Any requests for fee refunds, admission cancellations, security deposit returns, or fee adjustments are governed entirely by the rules and regulations of the respective school.
• Third-Party Non-Liability: Utkranti Softwares Private Limited acts solely as a technical software facilitator and is not authorized or liable to issue fee refunds on behalf of schools. Parents must direct all refund inquiries directly to their school administration office.

Digineanv-School is an entirely cloud-delivered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). No physical goods, CDs, or hardware are shipped. Workspace login credentials, administrator access, and digital setup are delivered electronically via email and online dashboard instantly upon successful transaction settlement.
