1. Operating Entity & Acceptance
Digineanv-School is owned and operated exclusively by Utkranti Softwares Private Limited. By accessing our platform or processing any transaction through payment gateways, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Pricing & Payment Gateway Processing
All payments are processed securely via certified third-party Payment Gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, UPI). We do not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on our servers.
- In case of bank transaction drops where money is deducted but not credited, funds are reversed to the source account within 5–7 banking days as per banking regulations.
3. Instant Digital Service Delivery
Digineanv-School is a 100% cloud-hosted SaaS application. No physical goods are shipped. Workspace access and login credentials are delivered electronically via email and instant portal setup upon payment confirmation.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.
